This frame plate kit is made from 10 gauge steel and reinforces the Toyota Tacoma/4Runner frame rails from the firewall to the coil buckets. For additional strength we recommend making a custom cross over bar from coil bucket to coil bucket along with these frame plates. With over a 1000 dirt miles testing our suspension systems these are the weak links we found when running the vehicle hard. This kit requires removal of the OEM bump stop mount.
